    Inthispaper,thevirtualsimulationofcrushingrecyclingsteelplatefromscrapautoisstudied.IthasbeenfoundasuitableanalyticalmethodthatusingtheANSYS/LSDYNAsoftwaresimulatesthesituationoftheexperiment,andthesimulationresultisgood.Crushingvirtualsimulationbasedontheresearchonitsgeometrywasestablished.Thematerialparametersofsteelplateandhammerwereselected,andthefiniteelementmodelofthehammerheadandsteelplatewasestablished.Accordingtothefactorsofaffectingoncrushingeffecttosimulate,theresultsweregotthatthehammersmasshaslittleeffectoncrushing,andthehammersvelocityandradiushavemoreeffectoncrushing.Itcanprovidesometheoreticalsupportsfortheautomobilerecyclingsteelcrusherresearch.
