Abstract: Fromtheperspectiveofinformationteaching,flippedclassroomteachingmodelhasbeenwidelyusedinEnglishteaching,andhowtoobjectivelyandscientificallyevaluatetheteachingeffecthasbecomeahotissueInthispaper,thecharacteristics,teachingmethodsandinfluencingfactorsofEnglishteachinginhighervocationalcollegesareinvestigatedandanalyzedwithdataanalysismethodOnthisbasis,theteachingevaluationmethodisintegratedintothreeteachinglinksofflippedclassroom,namely,beforeclass,duringclassandafterclass,andtherelevantteachingevaluationindexesandsystemframeworkareproposedThispaperholdsthat:theevaluationsystemofEnglishteachinginhighervocationalcollegesshouldtakemultipleobjectssuchasstudents,teachers,supervisorsandteachingadministratorsasthemainbodyoftheevaluation,andpayattentiontothesustainabledevelopmentoftheevaluationobjectsandthehumanizedevaluationconceptoftheteachingprocessAccordingtothethreeteachinglinksof“beforeclass,duringclassandafterclass”,theteachingevaluationiscarriedoutbycomprehensivelyconsideringmanyfactorssuchaslearningattitude,teachingcontent,teachingactivities,teachingmethodsandmeans,teachingresources,teachingprocessandteachingimplementation
