    Aftertheinstitutionendowmentinsurancereformstarted,ithascompletelychangedthemodeofplanningandissuingretirementpensionaccordingtothecertainproportionofsalarybeforeretirement.Therefore,accurateandreasonableplanningofretirementpaymentisthekeypointofthesteadyprogressofthereform.StartingfromtheevolutionofChinasendowmentinsurance,thispaperfocusesontheanalysisofthecurrentsituationofretirementpaymentpolicyinthereformoftheendowmentinsurancesystemofInstitutionalunitsandgovernmentaffiliatedinstitutions.Bycomparingtheretirementpaymentofpeoplebeforeandafterthereform,amathematicalmodelisestablished,andthemainparametersaffectingtheretirementpaymentofpeopleareanalyzed,andthereasonablenumericalintervalofthemainparametersiscalculatedwiththesampledata,whichprovidesascientificdecisionmakingbasisforthesmoothconnectionoftheretirementpayment.
