Abstract:
The development of information technology and popularity of mobile terminals make it possible to integrate information technology into classroom teaching. Thus,it is predicted that blended learning is bound to he in vogue. On the basis of a study on the categorization of blended learning models,this paper introduces two modes explored in Wuhan Polytechnic,that is,the model of blending digital online courses with face to face instruction and of flipped classroom based on interactive English mobile platform. Then it discusses empirically how the two models are applied and work in English classes of higher vocational colleges.
