Abstract: Inthefoodserviceandmanagementofteachinginfoodserviceandmanagementinaccordancewithjobrequirements,theteachingcontenttocateringenterprisesorganizedintotasksandworkprocessestypicalforthelogicthread.Theteachingof“thetypicaltasks”asthecarrier,inaccordancewiththecontentsofthecreationofvariousworkingstagesoflearningenvironment,andbuildnewskillsassessmentevaluationofthestudentscomprehensivepracticeexamination.
