Abstract: Establishing innovative teaching team is crucial to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges. The Implementation Plan for the National Vocational Education Reform propo- ses toemphasizes forminghigh-level and structured innovative teaching teams. This article makes a case study of the buildingof the national-level innovative teaching team in e-commerce at Kunming Metallurgy College. It outlines the team's construction logic, school-based practices, and outcomes, aiming to pro- vide references and insights for other national-level vocational education innovative teaching teams.
