In recent years.there has been a significant increase in labor disputes related to the confimation of newemploymentfoms , which has sparked widespread discussion on the consensual use of labor relations. This researchwill focus on the role and significanee of labor relations agreements in confrming labor disputes, the cur.rent situation and existing issues of labor relations agreement in atypical employment models, and strate.gies to improve the utilization of these agreements. "The aim is to promote the standardization of labor re-lations identification by arbitration authorities, and to explore the development of new business platformsand new rules for labor relationship recognition.
