Abstract

Abstract: In the exploration and practice of the pilot modern apprenticeship system, the modern communication technology major of Kunming Metallurgy College has deepened the school-enterprise cooperation andthe industry-education integration, and developed a long-term mechanism of coordinated education featuring“Three Agents，Six Doubles and One Integration”..“Three Agentsrefers to the school-enterprise-enter-prise cooperation; “Six Doubles” refers to the talent cultivation mode based on the academic requirementand business demand, teaching staff from both schools and enterprises, curriculum system supported byteaching resources and enterprise internship, regulations formulated by school and school, ideological and po-itical education in academic courses and practical training, graduate with academic certificate and job offer:“One Integration”refers to the integrated cultivation mode of jobs, academic courses, vocational competitionsand vocational skills certificates. It aims to promote the discipline construction and teaching effect.
