Abstract: School-enterprise cooperation is one of the key models in contemporary vocational educationand an effective approach to cultivating technical and skilled talents. This paper takes the three-yearpractice of school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration at Luoping County Voeationaand 'Technical $chool as an example, in referenee to the "High-0uality Major Construetion in SecondaryVocational Schools in Yunnan Provinee" goal. lt discusses the methods and challenges in cultivatingtechnical and skilled talents through county-level school-enterprise cooperation, and analyzes the construetion outcomes in six key areas of school-enterprise cooperation: guarantee mechanisms, enrollmentjoint construction of practical training bases, the training of “ Dual-Qualified" teachers, currieulum system development and teaching methods, and student assessment and evaluation. This paper aims tostrengthen joint education between schools and enterprises and proposes a sustainable school-enterpriseeooperation talent training model that can be promoted in county-level vocational and technical schools
