On the Talent Cultivation Mode of Undergraduate Programs for Vocational Education Focusing on the Development of Vocational Skills

Abstract: As an important part of vocational education, the undergraduate programs for vocational educa-tion are still in the trial and exploration stage. In the construction of the programs, there is much worthstudying on the design of the talent cultivation mode. This paper analyzes the design based on the enter-prises' requirements for students' vocational skills, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions forthe existing problems.
