Abstract: This study collected data through surveys and analyzed it across four dimensions: basic information, cognitive awareness, design and implementation, and evaluation mechanisms. The findings indicate three primary issues in the current implementation of Theme Party Day activities in higher vocational colleges: insufficient cognitive depth, incomplete design systems, and inadequate evaluation mechanisms. To address these challenges, the study proposes four strategic measures: 1) strengthening top-down coordination through planning, guidance, investigation, and support; 2) deepening ideological awareness via stratified and categorized approaches; 3) optimizing system design through project-based operations, closed-loop design, and joint learning and construction; 4) improving evaluation mechanisms by establishing exemplary models, expanding evaluation channels, and promoting effective improvements. These strategies aim to explore innovative mechanisms for Theme Party Day activities in higher vocational colleges in the new era, providing practical insights for implementation.
