Research on the Influencing Factors of Employment Competitiveness of Graduates of Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: Based on the employment market data of a higher vocational college from 2023 to 2024, this paper proposes strategies such as improving personal abilities, adapting to market changes, enhancing social activity skills, seeking policy support, and pursuing flexible employment, and verifies their effectiveness amid economic fluctuations. The study indicates that career planning should consider both industry trends and personal development. Accordingly, it is suggested that higher vocational colleges optimize the employment guidance system and deepen school-enterprise cooperation to comprehensively improve students' employment competitiveness
