Abstract: The digital transformation of rural industries serves as a crucial engine for industrial revitaliza-tion. Taking A Township in F County, Yunnan Province, as a case study, this paper analyzes the chal-lenges and pain points of industrial digitalization in ethnic minority areas and explores its development ad-vantages. By leveraging Internet and digital technologies, it constructs an industrial big data platform, asmart management platform, and a local talent cultivation platform to achieve refined industrial manage-ment. Through the integration of industry stakeholders and market-oriented supply-demand alignment, theapproach protects farmers' interests, enhances their income, and promotes the development of industriestoward scale, digitalization, and standardization. Based on this analysis, the paper proposes planningstrategies for the digital transformation of industries in ethnic minority regions, providing a reference forrural industrial revitalization.
