Abstract: Abstract:“Doublequalified”teachersplayacrucialroleinvocationalandtechnicaleducation,anditis essentialforallsectorsofsocietytopaymoreattentiontothedevelopmentofcountylevelvocationaland technicaleducation.Inthestudentcenteredskillsteachingprocess, “doublequalified”teacherssignifi cantlyoptimizetheprofessionalcurriculumsystemandpromotereformsintechnicalskillsteaching.Their expertiseinprofessionalknowledge,theoreticalconcepts,practicalskills,etc.,areuniquelyadvanta geousincultivatingtechnicalandskilledtalents.Thisstudyfocusesonthe“doublequalified”teachersin vocationalandtechnicalschoolsinfivecountiesofQCity.Basedoninvestigationsandcomparisons,it analyzesthecultivation,management,assessment,andsupervisionof“doublequalified” teachersin countylevelvocationalandtechnicaleducationfromtheperspectivesofbuildingtheteacherteam,man agementsystem,assessmentmethods,andutilizationmechanisms.Theaimistoestablishahighquality teamof“doublequalified”educatorsthatalignswithcomprehensivedevelopmentsofschools,constructsa modernvocationaleducationsystemandtalentcultivationmodel,andbetterservestheeconomicdevelop mentofthecounty.
