Abstract: The paper selected 5 higher vocational colleges as the research objects with the colleges listed in the High-level Higher Vocational Colleges as the focus.  The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is adopted to analyze the current situation of the general education faculty to find out what should be improved in the faculty development.  This paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures on strengthening the training and team building of the faculty with consideration of the ages and education background of the teach-
ers，so as to provide reference for other higher vocational colleges.
