Abstract: The key to deepening the integration between vocational education and industries lies in a col-laborative talent cultivation ecosphere integrating vocational education and industries. Specifically，effortsshould start with constnucting the top-level governmental guidance and support mechanism , the multi-cul-tural in-depth driving mechanism，the motive mechanism dominated by vocational colleges , the in-depth“ binary”college-entemprise alignment mechanism and the three-dimensional diverse anmd collaborative cul-tivation quality assessment and feedback mechanism to construct an industry-education collaborative culti-vation ecosphere comprised of the core，support and extension circles.
