Abstract: Accordingtothe“3+X”modedesignofthebasiccomputerteachingrequirementsoftheTeachingCommitteeoftheDepartmentofEducationinYunnanProvince,thebasiccomputerteachingstatusof36universitiesisinvestigatedontheoperatingsystempart,officesoftwarepart,additionalteachingplatform,teachingassistantsoftwareandorganizationalteachingmodeoftheteachinglink.Thesituationoftheteachingmaterialsandteachingmodeofeachuniversityisinvestigateditembyitem.Throughtheanalysisofthesurveyresults,wefindouttheproblemsofthetraditionalteachingmodeunderthenewrequirementsof“internet+computerbasiceducation”.Takingtheconnotationconstructionofinclusive,sharing,openingandinteractionastheguidingideologyof“internet+computerbasiceducation”,thepaperputsforwardthediagnosisandimprovementmeasuresfromthreeaspects:teachingmaterialcontents,teachingmethodsandteachingorganizationandimplementationplan.
