Abstract: LINDaiyusandXUEBaochaispoetrycreationhavetheirownadvantages.Theformeroftenusesimagessuchasfallingflowers,autumnrainandtearstogivepeopleasenseofdesolation,melancholy,nobilityandaloofness;thelatteroftenuseschrysanthemumsandflyingcatkinsasthesustenancetogivepeopleastableandelegantimpression.Intheaestheticmeaningofpoetry,theformerworksaresincereandelegant,whilethelatterworksaregentleandelegant.Asthetalentedwomeninthenovel,thewriterCAOXueqinhasmorerecognitionoftheirpoetrypractice,whichreflectsCAOXueqinscreationviewtoacertainextent:emphasisonnewideasandemphasisoninterest;poetrycreationshouldbebasedontheinteractionofscenes;poetryshouldbereadfirsttounderstandpoetry;thestyleshouldbeofremoteantiquity,etc.
