Abstract: IntheprocessofminingdesignofacopperoregroupinWenshaninYunnanProvinceofChina,wedeterminedthemineventilationsystemplanfromaglobalperspectivebasedonthetruethreedimensionalsolutiontotheventilationnetworkforeachorebodyinthegroup.WeproposedapulloutmechanicalventilationsystemwithonewingreturnairandthatwithtwowingsreturnairintheprocessofdesigningthelowersectionoftheNo.1orebody.Throughnetworksolutionandtechnicalandeconomic
comparisonofthetwoschemes,theresultsshowedthatscheme2(namely,theventilationsystemwithonewingreturnai)savedtheventilationcostof2761800yuanthanscheme1(theventilationsystemwithtwowingsreturn),soitisrecommendedthatmineusescheme2asthemineventilationsystem.Inthispaper,theoptimizeddesignideasandresultsoftheventilationsystemforsmallandmediumsizedcomplexorebodiescanprovidereferenceforsimilarmineproduction
