Abstract: Theskillscompetitionisanimportantwaytoimprovetheteachingqualityofhighervocationaleducation.Nowadays,skillscompetitioncarriedoutbyhighervocationalcollegesmainlyamongthestudents,whiletheabsenceofenterpriseparticipation,tosomedegree,deviatesfromthepracticalproduction.Theexploringandpracticingofcollegeenterprisecooperationskillscompetitionshowsthatnewmodelofcollegeenterprisecooperationskillscompetitioncanoptimizethetrainingprogramofhighervocationaltalents,furtherpromotethecurriculumreform,improvetheteachesqualitiesoftheoryandpractice.Moreover,italsoprovidesanopportunityforstudentstocompetewithworkers,whichcanpromoteenterpriseculturefusion,standardizepracticeteachingskills,andcultivatethetalentstofurtherdeepenthecombinationofworkingandlearningsothatstudentswillobtaintheabilitytodealwiththeproblemsinpractice.Henceitfinallyrealizesthetriplewinamongenterprises,collegesandstudents
