To Do and Not to Do of College Security Department in Criminal Investigation

Abstract

Abstract:

The security department is an important unit involving in grassroots comprehensive management in colleges and universities，the main force to campus stability. Especially in campus criminal cases，it plays a key role. By an analysis of duties&rights，combined with the legal rules，this paper clarifies the range of duties&rights security department has and what to do in criminal investigation to provide theoretical support and reference for further enhancing the working ability，standardizing security behaviors and upholding students' legal rights.
