Abstract:

The employment difficulty of college students has been a social focus in recent years. The poverty-stricken students，the disadvantaged，certainly will produce series psychological problems with the big employment stress. Taking Kunming Metallurgy College as an example，based on a questionnaire survey concerning employment psychology conducted，this paper analyzes the problems and their causes，and then it puts forward countermeasures accordingly.
