Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational College Students' Legal Quality

Abstract

Abstract:

College students' legal consciousness and the strong&the weak of legal concept will directly affect the process of socialism legal construction in China. Their legal quality level will ultimately affect the establishment of socialism legal country with Chinese characteristics. A survey of legal quality in several vocational colleges in Yunnan province shows that students' legal quality needs to he improved due to their lack of legal knowledge，weak legal faith and applying the laws improperly. By an analysis of the problems and their causes，this paper suggests providing environment and conditions to improve students' legal quality，starting from the society，their families，colleges，especially college students themselves.
