The Systematic Analysis of Comprehensive Quality Education &Personnel Cultivation at Higher Vocational Colleges:Taking the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Kunming Metallurgy College as an Example

In the 13th Five-Year Plan period，it is urgently needed to pay attention to cultivating highquality technical personnel in the reform of comprehensive quality education at higher vocational colleges.This paper begins with the goal of personnel cultivation in the new era，clarifies the changes of the goal in different periods，points out the problems existing in the comprehensive quality education. Then taking the innovation and entrepreneurship education in Kunming Metallurgy College as an example，it puts forward ways to construct comprehensive quality:namely，priority by college leadership，fund supported system，the top-quality courses as backup，innovation of project demonstration and both teachers&students' participation.
