Abstract:
There are many problems in cement industry,especially small and medium cement enterprises.These problems include technological backwardness,poor environmental protection measures,small scale,backward technology and technical equipment etc.Building“resource-saving and environment-friendly”industry has become one of the corecontent of cement industry development in China.In this paper,the application of technology is analyzed by using technical improvement of Φ3×11m cement mill for multiple separation as an example.The results show that the output of the ball millincreases about 12% per hour after technical innovation,the granularityof the product is controllable,the grain size distribution is more reasonable and the quality of the product is more stable.
