Exploratory Factor Analysis on H-index and its Derivative Indexes

Abstract: 6694 articles in metallurgical science field are selected from SCIE database of web of science platform during 2010 to 2014 for the study. Then, according to the number issued in the big data environment, correlation between the number issued, citations, number of papers cited H index,G index, AR index, R index, A index and Ha index were analyzed by exploratory factor. Finally, the effectiveness of the productive author population and highly cited author population and the correlation among each index were also analyzed.
