Abstract: Educationqualityisthelifelineinprivateuniversities,inwhichlecturersplaythemostessentialroles.Itisofpracticalsignificancetotakelecturersperformancemanagementasanimportantresearchissueinuniversitymanagement,tostudylecturersperformancemanagementandtoenhancethecorecompetitivenessforprivateuniversities.Thepresentstageofperformancemanagementstillrestsonassessment,withnoanysustainabledevelopmentideas.Tokeepafootholdinthesocietyandasustainabledevelopment,performancemanagementmustbestrategicallytakenintoconsiderationinprivateuniversities.Thus,thispaperintroducesabalancedscorecard(BSC)intoperformancemanagement,whichcanhandlenotonlyfinancialperformanceindicator,butalsobusinessindicator.Thebusinessindicatorfunctionsasthedriveoffuturefinancialperformance,linkingperformancemanagementwithuniversitiessustainableandstrategicdevelopment.
