Abstract: Abstract:ThispaperdiscussesthearseniccontentmeasurementofsurfacewaterwithHydrideGeneration-AtomicFluorescenceSpectrometry(HG-AFS)andtheinfluencefactorsconcerningpurityofacidicmedium,theamountofreducingagentandsampledigestionduringthemeasurementprocess.Byoptimizingpurityofacidicmedium,properuseofreducingagent,choosinghighqualityacidand2% potassiumborohydride,thecorrelationcoefficientofthestandardcurvecomesto09998andthedetectionlimitis00159ug/L,witharelativestandarddeviationof073%.
