Abstract: Theimplementationofthe“QualityEngineering”istheMinistryofEducationtodeepenthe reformofhighereducationandundergraduateeducation,anditisalsoanimportantacttocomprehensive lyimprovethequalityofteaching.Inrecentyears,KUSTtakesthe“QualityEngineering” whichthe MinistryofEducationhasimplementedasanopportunity,onthebasisofsummarizingtheevaluationex cellenceofundergraduateteachingexperience,theeducationinvestmentisincreasedtofurtherdeepen thereformofundergraduateteachingandpromotethequalityofundergraduateteachingconstruction,has developed“sixworkingprinciples”and“tenone”buildingcontentofthe“QualityEngineering”,estab lishesandimprovesthequalityoftheorganizationalstructureandsystemsengineeringwhichsupportsys tem,effectivelyimplementconstructionprojectsofthe“QualityEngineering”,andachievesseriesofa chievementsandeffectiveexperiences.
