Abstract: Abstract:Thewatersystemofelectronbeamcoldbedmeltingfurnace(EBfurnace)consistsoffourdis tinctsystems:closedcyclecoolingsystem,opencycle,highefficiencyandemergency.Thecirculating coolingwatersystemispronetoproblemssuchascorrosionrate,microbialcontrol,energysavingande missionreductioneffectandfoulingthermalresistanceduringefficientandurgentoperationeffi.Itwas foundthattheuseofacrylicscaleinhibitorcansignificantlyimprovetheperformanceofcirculatingwater, andmakeitspressure,temperatureandcleanlinessreachagoodstate.Inaddition,themethodcanbe dilutedandmultiplied,therebyreducingthetotalhardness,calciumandmagnesiumhardnessandtotal alkalinityofthecirculatingwaterfrom300mg/Lto100mg/L,whileavoidingcorrosionandscaling problems.Insummary,themethodisacirculatingwaterpipelinewithstrongsustainabilityandoperabil ity,lesscost,practical,controllableandsustainable.Aftersystematicimprovement,theemissionsof the“lowcarbonandenvironmentalprotection”opencirculatingcoolingwatersystemaresignificantlyre duced,andthisimprovementwillbeeffectiveforalongtime.
