Abstract: Modern apprenticeship is a good way to boost talent cultivation of property management ma-jors. In the process of cultivating property management talents via the modern apprenticeship model, theschool-enterprise-society integration is conducted in the construction of teaching team. Apprentices areassisted to reinforce theoretical study , improve professional skills and enhance the ability to consider dif-ferent perspectives and solve problems. In teaching practice, the industry-school-research integration isundertaken by connecting classroom teaching, internship, and coordinated development of apprentices otdifferent grades. Based on the specialty characteristics of property management major, the “ modern apprenticeship system”is put into effect to improve the talent cultivation.
