Abstract: With the reflection of traditional education mode , higher vocational colleges generally begin topay attention to students' development in an all-round way. The paper seeks the innovative path to active-ly implement Xi Jinping's new concept of ideological and political education and carry out health education based on the psychological development of adolescents, the development of their personal characterand morals. “ Youth health education” is taken as the breakthrough in higher vocational educationthrough literature review, questionnaire surveys, statistics and other methods.
