Abstract: Toimprovethestabilityofhoistingandhaulagesystem intheinclinedshaftofBainiuchangmine,accidenttreeofreliabilitytheorywastakentoevaluateinfluentialfactorsandtheirrelationshipsonthemultilevelhoistingsystem.Resultsshowedthatthesafetyofhoistingsystemwasacombinationofstaff,deviceandoperatingenvironment.Elementaryeventsincludedshaftbottom,bodyandheadevents,andthereliabilityofthehoistingsystemwas71.3%,whereasdispatchingfailureandloadingaccidentweretheweakeststeps.Thestudyisusefultosolveinsituproblemsandimprovethesystemstability.
