Abstract: TheWhiteDragonMountaincoalmineisahugemine.Theconstructionofthecoalminegotthenationalapproval.Duringtheperiodofconstruction,manytimesofcoalandgasoutburstaccidentshaveoccurred.Theengineeringproposalwasputforwardtomoreeffectivelypreventthecoalandgasoutburstaccidentsduringconstruction.Theengineeringproposalisbasedontheanalysisoftheaccident,adjustmenttodevelopminingsystem deploymentandimprovingtheconditionsofmineconstructionsafety.Atthesametime,theengineeringproposalstrengthenedthegasextractionasafundamental,relyingonadvancedequipmentandtechnologytosuitableforcoalmineconditionandthegasregulation.
