Abstract: Modernlogisticshasbecomea“thirdprofitsource”,whichistheimportantsourceforanenterprisetoreducecost,gaincompetitiveadvantage.Accordingtothelogisticshighcostinsmallandmediumsizedenterprises,itseemsquiteimportanttostrengthenlogisticsmanagement,choosesuitablelogisticsservicemodel,optimizetheinventorystructureinordertoreducelogisticscostsandmaketheseenterprisescompetitive.Basedonthesurveydata,thispaperanalyzesthepresentunreasonablephenomena,drawslessonsfromthedevelopedcountriesinlogistics,andputsforwardthesolutions,hopingtobeofhelptothelogisticsmanagementinsmallandmediumsizedenterprises.
