The Teaching Practice of Sunshine Sports Health Corridor in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

Abstract: The sunshine sports activities have been carried out more than six years all over China. Although some achievements have been made, their development has been influenced by some internal and external factors and difficult to move ahead. The physical health status of students was understood by the investigation and analysis of sunshine sports carried out a semester. This will promote the development in Yunnan higher vocational and give a demonstration effect and reference significance.
