Abstract: "Return to asia-pacific strategy" is the most significant changes in the United States in the Post-cold war global strategic focus. The targets are China and Russia. However, this strategy was controlled by the economic, political, military, science, technology and even ethnic, religious, cultural, and many other factors from various aspects. These largely influence and even change the outcome.
