摘要: 以云南省为例,构建综合评价指标体系,并运用熵值法对高等教育的发展状况进行历时性模糊评价。结果发现:云南省高等教育发展处于规模扩大和外延扩张的大众化阶段,无论是整体发展还是部分发展都处于高水平发展阶段;在发展过程中拥有社会经济发展水平不断提升、师资投入和经费投入不断增加、国际化程度不断加深等优势;但也存在着高等教育办学体制单一、社会力量参与教育事业的主动性和积极性不强、高校科研水平较低和社会服务能力较差等短板。
关键词: TakingYunnanprovinceasanexample, thispaperconstructsacomprehensiveevaluationindexsystem, andmakesadiachronicfuzzyevaluationofthedevelopmentstatusofhighereducationwiththemethodofentropy.Itisfoundthat:thedevelopmentofhighereducationinYunnanprovinceisinthestageofpopularizationwiththeexpansioninscaleandextension.Boththeoveralldevelopmentandthepartialdevelopmentareinthestageofhighleveldevelopment, intheprocessofdevelopment, ithastheadvantagesofconstantlyimprovingthelevelofsocialandeconomicdevelopment, continuouslyincreasingtheinvestmentofteachersandfunds, anddeepeningthedegreeofinternationalization.However, therearestillsomeshortcomingsinhighereducation, suchastheunitaryschoolrunningsystem, theweakinitiativeandenthusiasmofsocialforcestoparticipateineducation, thelowlevelofscientificresearchinuniversitiesandthepoorabilityofsocialservice.
