摘要: 现有的医药零售配送中心 (DC)分拣位的设置,通常按照药品的存储类型和存储条件进行分区,同一分区内的分拣储位调整周期较长,影响了分拣的效率。本文提出了一种基于Apriori关联算法的分拣储位动态设置方法,结合出库周转率的 ABC分类原则,可以大大改善分拣动线,减少分拣移动距离,提高分拣效率。

Abstract: The sorting position of the existing medicine retail distribution center(DC)is usually partiboned according to the storage type and storage condition of medicine,and the adjustment period of sorstorage is long in the same area,which affects the efficiency of sorting.  Based on Apriori association
algorithm and combined with the classification principle of ABC,A method of dynamic setting for sorting and reserving is proposed in this paper.  The method can greatly improve the sorting movement line,reduce the sorting distance,and improve sorting efficiency.
