摘要: 摘 要:W校作为省级“双高”培育单位,“舞蹈表演专业群”获批省级A档专业群,舞蹈表演专业教师教学
创新团队于2022年获批云南省第一批职业教育教师教学创新团队立项建设。教师团队实力雄厚,在多年的教学
和实践与改革中,坚持以立德树人为核心,以团队协作共同体建设为平台,以对接职业标准的课程体系为抓手,
以模块化教学为路径,彰显“立德树人”成效,提升教师水平,牢固建立团队协作共同体,深化产教融合,打
造成熟优质的课程体系,支撑“双高”建设,教师团队建设已取得了阶段性成果,现将团队建设实践探索进行
概括,提炼形成可复制、可借鉴、可推广的建设经验。

Abstract: Abstract:Asaprovinciallevelcollegeincludedinthe““HighLevelHigherVocationalCollegeProject”,
W Collegehasreceivedapprovalforits“DancePerformanceSpecialty”wasapprovedasoneaprovincial
levelAdisciplines.In2022,theinnovativeteachingforcefordanceperformancefacultywasrecognized
asoneofthefirstbatchofinnovativeteachingforcesofvocationaleducationinYunnanProvince.The
teachingforceiswellqualifiedandhasconsistentlyfocusedonmoraleducationasthecoreofitsmission.
Utilizingcollaborativecommunitybuildingasaplatform,aligningwithindustrystandardsthrougharele
vantcurriculumsystem,andadoptingmodularteachingmethods,theteamhasdemonstratedeffectiveout
comesinmoraleducation,enhancedfacultydevelopment,establishedasolidcollaborativecommunity,
deepenedtheintegrationofindustryandeducation,anddevelopedamature,highqualitycurriculumsys
temtosupport““HighLevelHigherVocationalCollegeProject”.Thedevelopmentoftheteachingforce
hasachievedsignificantprogress,andthispapersummarizesthepracticalexplorationsofteamdevelop
ment,distillingreplicable,referenceable,andpromotableexperiencesforothers.
