摘要: 摘 要:为准确测定硅铁和锰硅合金中的硅含量,先后采用国标推荐方法高氯酸脱水重量法进行试验。因国标方
法采用的过氧化钠固体熔剂要求较高,在试验方法熔样过程中较难掌握,试验过程熔剂极易喷溅溢出,样品也随
熔剂溢出造成损失导致测定结果偏低且不稳定,采用颗粒状氢氧化钠熔融代替过氧化钠作为熔剂,在650℃ 的高
温马弗炉中熔融15min,参照高氯酸脱水步骤脱水并洗涤,并在马弗炉中由400℃ 逐步缓慢升温至650℃,滤纸及
试样经过灰化、灼烧、恒重,采用ICP法测定滤液中残留硅的百分含量验证洗剂效果及其稳定性。试验结果相对
标准偏差在015% ~122%之间,检测结果偏差小于国标规定的035%,准确度满足现行国标方法允许差。

Abstract: Abstract:Inordertoaccuratelydeterminethesiliconcontentinferrosiliconandmanganesesiliconal
loys,thenationalstandardrecommendedmethodofperchloricaciddehydrationweightmethodwassuc
cessivelyusedfortesting.Duetothehighrequirementsforsodiumperoxidesolidfluxusedinthenation
alstandardmethod,itisdifficulttomasterduringthesamplemeltingprocessofthetestmethod.The
fluxiseasytosplashandoverflowduringthetest,andthesampleisalsolostwiththeoverflowofthe
flux,resultinginlowandunstablemeasurementresults.Themethodusesgranularsodiumhydroxideto
meltinsteadofsodiumperoxideastheflux,meltsinahightemperaturemufflefurnaceat650℃ for15
minutes,andreferstotheperchloricaciddehydrationstepandwashes.Thetemperaturewasslowlyand
slowlyincreasedfrom400℃ to650℃ inamufflefurnace.Thefilterpaperandsamplewereashened,
ignited,andconstantweight.ICPmethodwasusedtodeterminethepercentageofresidualsiliconinthe
filtratetoverifythelotioneffectandstability.Therelativestandarddeviationofthemethodtestresultsis
between015% and122%,thedeviationofthetestresultsislessthan035% specifiedinthenation
alstandard,andtheaccuracymeetstheallowabledeviationofthecurrentnationalstandardmethod.
