校企合作背景下高职院校学生管理和培养创新性探索--以云南省某职业院校教育产业学院为例

摘要: 习近平总书记强调,统筹职业教育、高等教育和继续教育协同创新,推进职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇,优化职业教育类型定位。校企合作是高职院校的一种办学模式的探索。针对校企合作存在的机制流于形式、责任划界不明晰、企业参与积极性低、校企双方缺乏信任等问题,具体分析了校企合作中存在的困难,从学生管理模式的角度对“校企合作”进行创新性探索;并从完善制度、加强沟通和创新实习实训形式3个方面给出具体建议,以期为高职院校在“校企合作”中的学生管理和培养实践提供参考。

Abstract: General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasizes coordinating the innovation of vocational education,higher education and continuing education , promoting the integration of vocational education , industryand education, science and education, and optimizing the positioning of vocational education typesSchool-enterprise cooperation is an exploration of higher voeational colleges’school-running mode. lnview of the problems existing in “school-enterprise cooperation" , such as the mechanism of “ school-en.terprise cooperation” is merely formal, the responsibility demarcation is not clear, the enthusiasm of en.terprises to participate is low , and the lack of trust between the two sides of the school and the enterprisethis paper analyzes the difficulties existing in the school-enterprise cooperation, and makes innovative exploration of “ school-enterprise cooperation" from the perspeetive of student management mode. In addi.tion, it gives specific suggestions from three aspects : improving the system, strengthening communicationand innovating the form of internship and training, in order to provide reference for the student manage.ment and training practice of higher vocational colleges in “school-enterprise cooperation”.
