摘要: 论述了索赔分类及重要意义: 分析了 Shapley 模型在多因素交叉影响下工期延误值计算的运用现状及局限性: 针对利润与赔偿值不成比例易造成索赔失败的实际,开展了基于投标报价的多因素交叉影响下 Shadley 值模型构建和实例计算:同时给出了模型应用的建议,进一步丰富索赔模型。

Abstract: This paper discusses the classification and significance of claims, analyzes the current situationand limitations of application of Shapley model in calculating the delay value under the cross influence ofmultiple factors. The construction of Shapley value model and example calculation under the cross influ-ence of multiple factors based on tender offers are carried out for the actual situation that the profit andcompensation value are disproportionate and prone to claim failure. The suggestions for the application ofthe model are given to further improve the claim model.
