Abstract: Microteaching training is a required course for teacher education programs, providing a uniqueand advantageous solution for enhancing the teaching skills of prospective teachers. This training methodutilizes modern video recording and playback technology to break down the teaching process in real time, enabling precise identification of various issues that affect teaching effectiveness in practical teaching con-texts, as well as addressing the individualized problems of teachers' instruction. It is characterized by itsspecificity, strong targeting, and the capability to repeatedly compare teaching performances before andafter the training. Teaching introduction is a crucial link in achieving high-quality instruction; it serves asa transitional phase for switching teaching topics and is essential for effectively connecting teaching andlearing, smoothly transitioning into the teaching theme, and gradually unfolding the theoretical struc-ture. This article aims to enhance the effectiveness of classroom teaching and to rapidly improve theteaching skills and capabilities of pre-service teachers. It focuses on the enhancement of teaching intro-duction skills among pre-service teachers and, in conjunction with practice, discusses the concepts, prin-ciples, characteristics, issues, and methodologies of microteaching training.
