厚煤层上行开采顶板巷道支护技术研究及应用

摘要: 以某矿北翼皮带运输大巷为工程背景,利用关键层理论分析上覆岩层 “三带” 合理高度。通过 FLAC3D数值分析软件研究厚煤层大采高条件下上覆岩层运动规律。针对某矿北翼皮带运输大巷围岩赋存情况及 其用途,将该巷道围岩分为 2个区域分别采取不同的支护方案———锚网索联合支护和架棚支护,为厚煤层大采 高上行开采顶板巷道支护提供了有益借鉴。

关键词: 上行开采, 关键层, “三带”高度, 围岩控制技术

Abstract: This article takes the north wing belt transportation main roadway of a mine as the engineeringbackground, and uses key stratum theory to analyze the reasonable height of the "Three Zones" of the overly-ing rock strata. It also employs FLAC3D numerical simulation software to investigate the movement law of o-verlying strata under the conditions of thick coal seams and high mining height. In view of the occurrence con-ditions and application purpose of the surrounding rock in the north wing belt transportation main roadway ofthe mine, the surrounding rock of this roadway is divided into two areas, and diferent support schemes are a-dopted-combined anchor-net-cable combined support and shed support. This research provides a reference forthe support of the roof roadway in upward mining of thick coal seamswith high mining height.
