摘要: 浙江亚龙智能开发的 YL158GA1是一套高性价比、功能强大的现代电气控制实训设备,同时也是全国职业院 校技能大赛的比赛设备,非常适合高等职业院校装备制造类专业课程改革需要。YL158GA1可选择使用西门子 S7 1500/1200系列 PLC,通过工业以太网构成多级网络控制系统,满足教学与实训的需求。研究讨论单台设备使用实时以 太网实现控制功能,多台设备通过以太网连接及 S7协议实现车间级参数通信,以及多台设备之间通过 MRPD协议实现 IRT冗余通信的网络系统构建,为充分发挥设备专业课程建设方面的功能提供了技术基础。

Abstract: YL-158GA1, developed by Zhejiang Yalong Intelligent Equipment Co. , Ltd. , is a high-cost-performance and powerful modern electrical control training equipment. It also serves as the competitionequipment for the National Vocational College Skills Competition, making it an important device for cur-riculum reform in equipment manufacturing majorsof higher vocational colleges. YL-158GAl can option-ally adopt Siemens S7-1500/1200 series PLCs to form a multi-level network control system via industrialEthernet, so as to meet the requirements of teaching and practical training. This article studies and dis-cusses the construction of a network system; real-time Ethemet is used to realize control functions for asingle device; multiple devices are connected via Ethernet and S7 protocol to achieve workshop-levelcommunication and parameter transmission; and IRT redundant communication between multiple devicesis achievedthrough MRPD protocol. This provides a technical foundation for giving full play to the roleofequipment in professional curriculum construction.
