摘要: 摘 要:随着社会经济的快速发展,测绘工程专业在国家建设中发挥着日益重要的作用。面对测绘行业的迅速
发展和不断升级的需求,高校与地方的协同育人机制显得尤为重要。以山东交通学院测绘工程专业为例,从学
院与地方合作机制建立、优化课程、建立行业导师制度,制定评估与调整机制等方面研究探讨了高校与地方协
同育人机制。建立协同育人机制,提升了学生实践和创新能力,让学生在以后工作中能够快速融入地方工作环
境,为地方政府和企事业单位提供合格专业人才作出应有的贡献。

Abstract: Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentofthesocialeconomy,surveyingandmappingengineeringplays
animportantroleinnationalconstruction.Facedwiththerapiddevelopmentandconstantlyupgrading
needsofthesurveyingandmappingindustry,thecollaborativeeducationmechanismbetweenuniversities
andlocalgovernmentsisparticularlyimportant.ThisarticletakestheSurveyingandMappingEngineering
majorofShandongJiaotongUniversityasanexampletoexplorethecollaborativeeducationmechanismbe
tweenuniversitiesandlocalareas,includingtheestablishmentofacooperationmechanismbetweentheu
niversitiesandlocalauthorities,optimizationofcourses,improvementofpracticalteachingquality,
studentparticipationinlocalprojectsandinternships,establishmentofanindustrymentorsystem,and
thedevelopmentofevaluationandadjustmentmechanismsbasedonactualsituations.Throughestablis
hingacollaborativeeducationmechanism,studentspracticalandinnovativeabilitieshavebeenen
hanced,enablingthemtogetadjustedtothelocalworkenvironmentintheirfuturecareer,andmakedue
contributionstobequalifiedprofessionaltalentsforlocalgovernmentsandenterprises.
