如何应战测绘技能大赛-以昆明治金高等专科学校为例

Preparation Strategies for the Surveying and Mapping Skills Contests :A Case Study of Kunming Metallurgy College

摘要: 教育部明确指出要加强“双师型”教师队伍建设,而测绘技能大赛作为现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分,不仅可以锻炼学生的实践动手能力,而且可以提升教师的实践教学水平,对高质量发展职业教育具有重要意义。随着教育部对技能大赛的不断深化改革,全国测绘技能大赛竞争日益激烈,对如何应战大赛提出了更高要求。以昆明冶金高等专科学校为例,从“指导教师遴选、参赛选手选拔、保障措施、强化训练”4 个方面阐述了应战全国测绘技能大赛的详细策略,供同行兄弟院校参考和借鉴,以实现互相学习和共同成长,进一步促进现代职业教育高质量发展。

Abstract: The Ministry of Education clearly pointed out that we should strengthen the construction of the“ Double Qualified” teacher team. As an important part of the modern vocational education, the survey.ing and mapping skills contests can not only develop students’ practical ability, but also improve teacherspractical teaching, which is of great significance to the high-quality development of vocational education.With the Ministry of Education's deepening reform of the skills contests by, the National Surveying andMapping Skill Competition is becoming inereasingly competitive, which put forward higher requirementson preparation for the competition. Based on the case study of Kunming Metallurgy College, this paperexpounds the detailed preparation strategies for the national surveying and mapping skills competition infour aspects , namely, “ instructor selection , contestant selection, ensuring measures, and strengthenedtraining”, which can be used for reference by other colleges to achieve mutual learning and commongrowth, and further promote the high-quality development of modern vocational education.
