职业教育教学过程质量监控研究——基于模块化课程体系的人才培养过程

Research on Quality Control of Vocational Education Teaching Process Based on Talent Training Process of Modular Curriculum System

摘要: 教学过程是人才培养质量的关键,监控教学过程各实施环节的质量是把握人才培养质量的重中之重。根据职业教育的类型特点,以模块化课程、任务式教学、顶岗实习3 个教学环节为主要质量监控对象,依据职业教育的人才培养规律,制定每一个教学环节的质量要素,努力实现“岗位有目标、目标有考核、考核有标准、标准有执行、执行有监测、监测有诊断、诊断促提升”的闭环式质量监控目标。提出“依靠共创、共治、共享.合理利用评价和奖惩,完善体系和制度建设,落实组织保障实施”4 个方面的质量提升路径,为职业院校根据自身特点完善人才培养质量保障体系提供参考范式。

Abstract: Teaching process is the key to the quality of talent training. Monitoring the quality of each im-plementation link in the teaching process is the top priority to grasp the quality of talent training. Accord.ing to the types and characteristics of vocational education, this paper takes the three teaching links of'modular curriculum, task-based teaching and post practiceas the main quality monitoring objects andaccording to the talent training rules of vocational education, formulates the quality elements ( factors) ofeach teaching link, and strives to achieve the closed-loop quality monitoring goal of “post has goal, goalhas assessment,assessment has standard, standard has implementation,implementation has monitoring.monitoring has diagnosis, and diagnosis promotes improvement”. This paper puts forward four quality im.orovement paths of “relying on co-creation ,co-governance and sharing: rational utilization of evaluation.rewards and punishments, improving system and system construction, and implementing organizationguarantee implementation". lt provides a reference paradigm for vocational colleges to improve the quality assurance system of talent training according to their own characteristics.
