基于PLC的矿井排水远程控制系统设计

摘要: 采用 PLC 控制系统,将地下排水泵站由人工现场值守改造为无人值守的远程控制系统。阐述了系统结构设备选型,控制流程,系统功能及应用效果;针对水泵控制的关键设备变频器,给出其与 PLC 设备的信号连接及参教设置。系统实施后可改盖设备运行性能,降低人力资源成太,提高管理效率,为企业减员增效提供技术保障。

Abstract:

The paper transforms the underground drainage pump station via PLC drainage system , makingit a remote-control system from one with manual attendance. The system structure , equipment selection,control process and system functions are described. The signal connection and parameter setting of PLC equipment are given for the key equipment controlled by the water pump. After the implementation of thesystem , it can improve the operation performance of the equipment, reduce the human resource cost, im-prove the management efficiency, and provide technical guarantee for enterprises to reduce personnel andincrease efficiency.
